Litigation I Section
The Litigation I Section (Lit I) is responsible for the enforcement of the
antitrust laws governing mergers, acquisitions, and civil non-merger
conduct in a wide range of industries.

Lit I is responsible for civil antitrust enforcement, competition advocacy,
and competition policy in the areas of:

Litigation II Section
The Litigation II Section (Lit II) is responsible for the enforcement of the
antitrust laws governing mergers, acquisitions, and civil non-merger
conduct in unregulated industries.

Lit II is responsible for civil antitrust enforcement, competition
advocacy, and competition policy in the areas of:
xDefense
xAvionics and aeronautics
xBanking
