confidentiality restrictions of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, the Antitrust

Civil Process Act and other similar laws and regulations (collectively

"Confidentiality Rules") applicable to the U.S. Department of Justice, the

U.S. Department of Defense, the European Commission ("Commission")

or the Canadian Competition Bureau ("Bureau"). This limited waiver

will permit the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of

Defense, the Commission and the Bureau to share certain information
