TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

You are hereby notified that pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-22-105, the undersigned, LAWRENCE P. LANDLORD, is the owner in fee of the property known as 9955-9999 East Montana Place, Colorado Springs, Colorado, situate in the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though fully set forth (the "Property").

You are further notified that THOMAS TENANT is in possession of a portion of said Property specifically described as 9977 East Montana Place, Colorado Springs, Colorado, as lessee under a lease, but the lessee has no other right or claim to the Property.

Therefore, the owner will not be responsible for any labor performed or skill, materials or machinery furnished, or other fixtures therefor, used in the erection, construction, alteration, removal, addition, repair, or other improvement to the Property, or any part thereof, which has been performed at the request of the lessee...
