NOTICE TO QUIT

TO: LAURA LONGTENANT, and any and all other occupants of the Premises described below.

You occupy the premises which are known as 999 Sherman Street, Apartment No. 333, in the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado (the "Premises").

You are hereby notified by the undersigned Landlord of the Premises that your tenancy of the Premises is terminated as of the end of the next rental period, June 30, 20XX.

Please regard this Notice as the notice to terminate your month-to-month tenancy, as required by your lease and by statute, and you shall surrender and deliver up the Premises no later than the said 30th day of June, 20XX.

This Notice shall not relieve you of any obligation to pay rent during the intervening period.
