KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, KERMIT T. GREGARIOUS, of the County of Adams, State of Colorado, as principal, and SAFE BONDING, INC., a Colorado corporation, as surety, are held and firmly bound unto the Plaintiff, BIT O'DUST APARTMENTS, INC., a Colorado corporation, in the penal sum of $2,000.00, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we and each of us bind ourselves, our heirs and personal representatives, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
