MASTER OUTLINE OF TOPICS

The Fourth Edition has adopted a new numbering system with a master outline of

topics. Thus, one can look for topics in each state chapter for in an uniform way.

Thus, if one is interested in market allocation, one can look at part 3.b in every

chapter to see the relevant law in that state. Or if one is interested in territorial or

locality discrimination laws, one can look at part 13.a.1 of any chapter to determine

the law in that state.

For ease of reference, the following is the master outline of topics. In addition, each

state chapter contains a table of contents outlining the topics covered for that

particular state. To assist cross-references, each volume will begin with a master

outline of topics.
