THIS MATTER having come on regularly for hearing on plaintiff's motion for immediate possession of the real property and interests therein sought to be condemned and appropriated pursuant to ORS 35.275, and order of this court heretofore entered fixing the time and date of that hearing, and it appearing to the court from the records and files herein that notice of the time and place for the hearing was duly issued and served on the owners of that real property; and
