Pursuant to ORS 35.275, plaintiff moves for an order of the court granting plaintiff immediate possession of the permanent and temporary easements sought to be condemned and appropriated as described in plaintiff's complaint on file herein in order that construction of the sanitary sewer line, pumping plant, and related facilities over, across, and through said permanent easements may proceed without further delay.
