Are the provisions of the will absolutely clear so that there are no ambiguities? Are all property descriptions and designations of persons and classes clear? Is all of the estate disposed of, or is there a possibility of a partial intestacy? Are any of the provisions of the will such that there is a question of violating some rule of public policy such as restraint on marriage, encouraging divorce,17 or the rule against perpetuities (see §§ 32.12 and 32.34)?
