§ 34.25 • INCOME ON SPECIFIC GIFT

If there are any specific gifts under the will, preparation should be made to account to the specific devisee for net income from date of death, after adjusting for any income taxes paid by the estate (see § 34.14).⁹³ See also discussion at § 34.15 of Colorado's Revised Uniform Principal and Income Act.⁹⁴
