FOREWORD
The American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law is pleased to
publish Mar ket Definition in Antitrust: Issues a nd Case Studies, a
comprehensive analysis of the issues involved in defining markets in
antitrust cases. Market definition is often a crucial issue in antitrust
cases, and the Section trusts that this book will prove a valuable guide to
antitrust practitioners in dealing with this issue.
The Antitrust Section is grateful to the many talented lawyers and
economists who worked to bring this book to publication. The Section is
especially grateful to Henry B. McFarland and Mark W. Nelson, who
coordinated the efforts of the edition’s authors and editors.
