§ 20.35 • SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE OF SALE CONTRACTS

If the decedent had entered into a contract of sale covering real property and died before completing the sale, the representative may complete it and make the conveyance. If he or she is doubtful as to the validity of the contract or the amount still owing, he or she may seek the aid of the court. C.R.S. §§ 15-12-709 and -711, 15-10-302(2), 15-1-804(2)(w), and -804(2)(j).
