§ 20.13 • CO-FIDUCIARIES

Each representative should participate in the administration of the estate and should not try to exclude corepresentatives from participation (see § 3.38). He or she should do nothing to endanger the corepresentatives, and should be vigilant to see that they do not commit any breach of their duty to the estate (see § 3.39).²⁵
