§ 20.6 • RECORDS AND INFORMATION

The representative owes a duty to keep records and accounts so that those interested may determine what has been done, and it is his or her duty to furnish information, on request, to those entitled thereto.13 The extent of the duty may depend upon the nature of the interest. The heirs at law or residuary devisee should have the strongest entitlement.
