10. Finder

With the Finder list, you no longer need to waste time fumbling through correspon-

dence or other paper piles to find the telephone number you need in the next minute

during a deposition or trial.

When complete, our Finder list shows all names, addresses and phone numbers of

persons whose names are mentioned in the file and who might need to be contacted.

Is everyone’s name already in your computer? If so, print a list out and keep the

printout here. Your trial notebook is the one item you always have during a deposition

or trial.

We also furnish as Basic Forms three useful items:

1. a CLIENT, INSURER, AND CO-ATTORNEY FINDER form

2. an ADVERSE PARTY AND ATTORNEY FINDER form

3. a form for a LIST OF WITNESSES AND PERSONS HAVING RELEVANT

KNOWLEDGE.
