§ 9.10 • UNIFORM INTERNATIONAL WILLS ACT

In 1989, Colorado adopted the Uniform International Wills Act. Under the Act, if a will is executed in conformity with the provisions of the Act (will in writing, two witnesses, certified to by an authorized person), the certificate of execution, absent evidence to the contrary, is conclusive of the formal validity of the instrument as a will.48
