After a foreign will has been admitted here, the Colorado courts obviously have jurisdiction over matters affecting real property to the exclusion of the domiciliary court, but it would appear that the Code relates matters affecting personal property back to the domicile, under the provision that the will construction of the domiciliary court is controlling.41
