FORM 6V • BUYER RELEASE OF SELLER

RELEASE. Purchaser, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns, hereby releases the Seller's Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability and claims with respect to Hazardous Materials and any other environmental pollutant in any manner related to the Property.

(A) As used in the Agreement, the following terms shall mean:

(i) "Hazardous Materials" shall be construed in its broadest sense and shall include asbestos, other asbestotic material (which is currently or may be designated in the future as a Hazardous Material), petroleum and any petroleum based products, pesticides, paints and solvents, polychlorinated biphenyl, lead, cyanide, DDT, acids, ammonium compounds, radon and other chemical material (excluding commercially used cleaning materials in ordinary quantities) and any substance or material of any physical form if defined or designated as a hazardous waste, or hazardous or toxic substance, or other similar term, or pollutant by any Environmental Law affecting the Real Estate or Property, presently in effect or that may be promulgated in the future, as such Environmental Law may be amended from time to time,

(ii) "Environmental Law" shall mean any present or future federal, state, county, or local law, regulation, ordinance, code, order, judgment or common law relating to protection of the environment or human health , including but not limited to, the...
