FORM 6J • APPROVALS CONDITION

Approvals Condition. "Approvals Condition" shall mean Buyer's receipt of final nonappealable approvals of every kind and sort, including without limitation a building permit, from the Federal, State, Municipal and Quasi-Municipal boards, Commissions and Agencies with applicable jurisdiction (1) regarding environmental issues, for a "closure", "no further action" or similar letter, and (2) allowing for the construction and operation of [project description] (the "Permits and Approvals") on the Property. Buyer shall have a period of __________ days following the expiration of the Inspection Period to obtain the Permits and Approvals (as the same may be extended pursuant to the terms hereof (the "Permitting Period").
