FORM 6AA • LEASE PROVISION — USE OF LEASED PREMISES

Use of Leased Premises: Tenant may use the leased premises only for [describe allowed use] and for no other purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the landlord. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Materials to be located on the premises, except for products used for cleaning and maintenance of the premises that are in a form and concentration packaged for distribution to and use by the general public.
