STIPULATED MOTION FOR ORDER RELEASING LIS PENDENS

Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 105(f)(2), Plaintiff and Defendants, by their respective counsel of record, hereby move this Court for the entry of an Order pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-35-110(2) determining that the real property described hereafter will not be affected by a judgment on the issues pending herein, and that the Lis Pendens recorded by Plaintiff, as more fully described below, is no longer in effect as to such property.

As grounds therefor, the parties stipulate as follows:

1. On or about __________, 20XX, Plaintiff [or Defendant, amend as necessary] recorded a notice of lis pendens at Reception No. __________ in the real estate records in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County, Colorado (the "Lis Pendens").
