§26.9 SIGNING AND DATING PAPERS

RAP 18.7 provides that "[e]ach paper filed pursuant to [the appellate rules] should be dated and signed by an attorney . . . or party, except papers prepared by a judge, commissioner or clerk of court, bonds, papers comprising a record on review, papers that are verified on oath or by certificate, and exhibits."
