About the Contributors
Mary Beth Bosco is a Partner in Holland & Knight’s Government
Contracts Practice. She has more than thirty years of experience
working with new and experienced government contractors, and
focuses her practice on advising such organizations in connection
with contract compliance, investigation and audit response,
transactional matters, and navigation of the federal marketplace.
She regularly advises buyers, sellers, and lenders regarding
theunique aspects of transactions involving government contracts
in industries ranging from information technology to life sciences
to manufacturing.
Leah Brownlee is Of Counsel at the law rm of Squire Patton
Boggs LLP and is based in the rm’s Cleveland, Ohio ofce. She
focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions
within the life sciences and technology industries. From 2009 to
2015, Leah served in various positions within the management of
Cleveland BioLabs, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed clinical-stage biotech-
nology company with a focus on radiation mitigation and oncology
immunotherapy development, and on the board of one of its spin-
off companies, Panacela Labs, Inc. Prior to that, Leah worked at
DLA Piper LLP in the corporate and securities practice groups.
She is a vice chair of the Life Sciences Committee of the American
Health Lawyers Association and a vice chair of the Biotechnology
Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Science &
Technology. Leah received her JD from Case Western Reserve
University School of Law and her BSChE from the University of
Arkansas.
