As fall brings a COVID surge, a new Conference Board survey finds only 17% of workers feel "very comfortable" returning to the workplace now, 39% feel "moderately comfortable" and 31% feel not comfortable at all.

Female workers say they feel more personally concerned about the health risks of COVID (67% compared with 61% of men) and they also feel more pressure to return to the workplace (17%, versus 10% for men).
