Kids remote learning again? Offer FFCRA leave.

As COVID cases hit record highs this fall, employers need to remember their obligations to employees under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.

The law grants paid leave as a new entitlement for employees whose children are forced into remote learning by COVID-related closings. (The FFCRA is set to expire Dec. 31, but may be extended. See page 5.)
