CARLOS ESPINOSA is Head of Business Development, Global Mining at Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). Mr. Espinosa is responsible for the development and execution of the Exchanges' strategy for attracting new listings in the mining sector as well as increasing the investor's base. He has over two decades of experience in global business development in natural resources and advanced manufacturing sectors. Mr. Espinosa earned an Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg-Senulich program at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from "Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México" (UNAM).
