The Philadelphia office of the U.S. Department of Labor has reached an agreement to settle discrimination charges against Coastal International Security, Inc., a federal contractor that provides security at government installations. To settle allegations of systemic hiring discrimination, the company agreed to pay $409,947 in back wages, plus interest.
