A foreign Georgia Tech student who was not a U.S. citizen was authorized to work in the United States. He was scrolling through job boards managed by the university to see about job opportunities from major corporations as well as local employers. However, when he tried to apply, he discovered the site wouldn't even let him register to meet with recruiters.
