EEO-1 data deadline pushed back to this fall.

The EEOC has postponed the deadline for employers to submit their 2022 EEO-1 reports until the fall of 2023. Originally, reports were to have been filed by mid-July. The filing date slid to allow more time for the federal Office of Management and Budget to complete a mandatory review of EEO-1 data-collection processes.
