DOL accepting comments on overtime rule until Nov. 7.
The Department of Labor's proposed rule raising the white-collar overtime salary threshold to $55,068 per year has now been published in the Federal Register, giving interested parties until Nov. 7 to submit comments in favor of or against the rule. The DOL expects to receive hundreds of comments by then.
