MICHAEL D. FARBER serves at the U.S. Department of the Interior as a Senior Advisor to the Director at the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement. After the Deepwater Horizon tragedy, Mr. Farber was recruited from private practice to establish a unit focused on reforming the agency's approach to investigations and enforcement. He has been involved in all facets of BSEE's investigations and enforcement programs since the agency's creation in 2011.
