Court: Hip-hop on work PA can be a form of harassment.

A federal appeals court has ruled that blasting "sexually graphic, violently misogynistic" music over a warehouse's public address system "almost daily" for two years created a hostile work environment.

Employees at an S&S Activewear facility in Nevada sued to stop the music, arguing that the hip-hop tracks management played denigrated women and caused "abusive conduct by male employees."
