Jamie L. Edmonson is a partner in Venable LLP's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group in Wilmington, Del., where she brings more than 16 years of experience focusing on commercial bankruptcies, restructurings, insolvencies and liquidations. She regularly represents debtors, statutory committees (both creditor and equity), lenders, asset-purchasers, landlords and lessees. Additionally, she has represented public and nonpublic debtor corporations, secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, trustees, and asset-purchasers in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Ms. Edmonson has extensive experience in all aspects of the chapter 11 restructuring process across many industries, including information technology, retail, food, energy, construction, real estate, telecommunications and manufacturing.
