I(R. Craig Martin) would like to acknowledge my partners at DLA Piper LLP (US) for their support of this project, specifically the restructuring co-practice group leaders in the U.S., Gregg M. Brown has been a mentor and encouraged my interest in cross-border insolvency law, and Selinda A.
