§ 12.5 • VENUE AND JURISDICTION

Venue for a Rule 105 proceeding is proper only in the district court of the county in which the real property, or a substantial part thereof, is located, regardless of the amount involved. C.R.C.P. 98(a). This allows the court with proper venue to enter a decree affecting property in another county.
