§ 11.10 • ACTION BY MAJORITY OF ARBITRATORS

The CRUAA provides that when there is a panel of arbitrators, all of the actions shall be taken by a majority of the arbitrators.83 The FAA is silent, but no doubt the same result would be reached. Of course, the parties by agreement can require unanimous agreement of the arbitrators.
