➢ Inadmissible. Because the damages in a wrongful death action are fixed as of the date of death, remarriage of the claimant is not admissible. Ford v. Board of County Comm'rs of Saguache County, 677 P.2d 358, 361 (Colo. App. 1983). See also Barnhill v. Public Service Co. of Colo., 649 P.2d 716, 719 (Colo. App. 1982), aff'd, 690 P.2d 1248 (Colo. 1984).
