§1.1INTRODUCTION

This chapter addresses CR 1, which defines the purpose and intent of all of the Superior Court Civil Rules. The civil rules apply to all civil lawsuits in superior court, whether sounding in law or equity, except when inconsistent with the rules or statutes applicable to special proceedings. See CR 81.
