§20.6 ADDITIONAL RECIPIENT FOR MANDATE IN CRIMINAL CASE

A special notice rule applies for mandates in criminal cases. When the appellate court remands a criminal case, the clerk sends a copy of the mandate to the presiding judge of the trial court, in addition to counsel and the clerk of the trial court. RAP 12.5(d).
