The minimum wage for employees who work for federal contractors will rise to $15 per hour starting Jan. 30, 2022, according to an executive order signed by President Biden last month. The current $10.95-per-hour minimum has been in place since 2014. The $15 minimum will also be adjusted annually based on the rate of inflation.
