2015 Nonprot Executive Compensation Report

Nonprofit executive compensation continued

its upward trend last year, based on responses

to Board & Administrator’s annual compensa-

tion survey. The average salary for the CEO

who responded to B&A’s survey was $116,062

in 2014.

That gure is up considerably over 2013, when

the average annual salary was $112,086. That’s

nearly a $4,000 bump in average pay.

The median salary reported in 2014 was

$107,165.

The average value of fringe benets in 2014

was $17,704, bringing this year’s average value

of the administrator’s compensation package to

$133,766.
