Omar Tawakol is vice president and general manager of the Cisco Contact Center business unit, responsible for the development and execution of the center's strategy and portfolio. Before its acquisition by Cisco in 2019, he was the co-founder and CEO of Voicea, a voice-based AI assistant platform company specializing in leveraging conversational artificial Intelligence. Prior to Voicea, he was the founder and CEO of BlueKai, which built the world's largest consumer data marketplace and data management platform.
