SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submissionsareblindreviewed.ManuscriptsshouldconformtothePubli-
cation Manual (Fifth Edition) of the American Psychological Association.
Tables and figures. Type tables and figures on separate sheets of paper and
number in Arabic. Indicate placement of tables or figures in the text by
“Insert Table 1 about here.” Footnotes to tables or figures should be
superscripted in the table body and indicated beneath the table by the use of
lowercase “a,” “b,” and “c.” Table or figure source material should follow let-
tered footnotes as one paragraph headed by “Sources.”
Text citations. All references should be identified by last name of the author,
year of publication, and pagination when appropriate. List complete infor-
mation for every reference at the end of the article under References.
References. List references alphabetically by author and chronologically
by the year of publication with the most recent year last; use “a,” “b,” and “c”
after the same year if necessary. List names of all authors up to six; after the
sixth use et al. Examples are below:
