COMPLAINT

Plaintiff, Bullivant Tool, Inc. (“BT”), by its attorneys, for its complaint against Defendants,

Pacific Machine Corporation, hereby demands a jury trial and alleges as follows:

NATURE OF THE ACTION

1.This is an action for patent infringement arising under 35 U.S.C. § 81 et. seq.

PARTIES INVOLVED

2.Plaintiff, Bullivant Tool, Inc., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of

the State of Illinois, having its principal place of business at 135 LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois

60603.

3.Pacific Machine Corporation, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of

the State of Delaware, having a regular and established place of business within this District at 230

Airport Way, Renton, Washington 98055.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

4.This Court has exclusive jurisdiction of this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a), and

venue is properly laid in this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1400(b).
