Operation of the Court
RULE
1.01 Meetings of the Court; Nature of the Courtroom Experience
The Court is generally in session while Judges of the Court are seated on the bench and Court has
been called to order. While the Court is in session, the decorum of the courtroom is to be maintained.
Although this is a moot court experience, behavior is expected as though all participants are in a
federal courtroom with court called into session.
2.01 Qualifications for Admission to Practice
An applicant for admission to practice before the Court shall have completed all the necessary
prerequisites, as may be required by the Court. Only members of the bar of the Court shall be
recognized for practice. Attorneys recognized at the podium of the Court shall state their name and
the name of the party they represent for the record, unless otherwise directed by Judges of the
Court.
3.01 Objections—The “All Object” Rule
The Court utilizes the “All Object” rule. While Court is in session and witnesses are being questioned,
all members of the bar of the Court may object to questions.
4.01 Procedure for Objections
Objections under the “All Object” rule are to be made as follows: Any member of the bar of the
Court in the role of counsel adverse to the witness examination may orally object at any time, as in
