The
Section
on

Administration

Relations
is

group
of

1,000
ASPA
members
who
are
dedicated
to
promoting
wider

the

in
public
policy
and
management
decisions.
GOALS
Since
its
creation
in
1979,
the
Section
has
promoted
wider
recognition
of
the
importance
of
human

management
and
labor
relations,
from
both
an

and
a
theoretical
perspective.
