Blackbaud webinar looks at how
to handle ‘Oh Snap!’ moments
Nonprot software rm Blackbaud will host a we-
binar titled “Preparing for an ‘Oh Snap!’ Moment” on
April 26 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
As the company explains, “the virality of social media
is a double-edged sword for nonprots. On one hand,
you have the opportunity to capitalize on a big moment
online. But on the other, you have the challenge of miti-
gating a digital crisis before it gets out of hand. Is your
organization prepared to turn these opportunities and
challenges into positives for your cause?”
In this webinar, Blackbaud’s Danielle Vermenton
Johnson and Kathryn Cousins, executive director of
development at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice,
will discuss their experiences with these so-called “Oh
Snap!” moments. They will discuss how your organi-
zation can expect the unexpected and take advantage
of the spotlight. Participants will leave with a better
understanding of how to use these moments to build a
stronger brand, increase engagement with constituents,
raise awareness and money and further their missions.
There is no cost to attend.
