Candid webinar explores KPIs
Candid will host a webinar titled “Put Your Donor
Data to Work: Five Frameworks to Develop Your
Top KPIs” on Nov. 7 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
According to organizers, the importance of under-
standing donor data is well-recognized in the social
sector, but it can often be challenging to know where
to start and understand what data your organization
has available that would be useful.
During this session, hosted on the organization’s
Grantspace.org platform, participants will learn how
to develop key performance indicators that will help
them make strategic decisions about where to devote
time and identify what is resonating about their mis-
sion. The session will focus on providing a frame-
work to help attendees move from simply reporting
out numbers that describe the past to metrics that
provide insights that leadership can take action on.
This process will develop the foundation and skills to
dene and build out leading and lagging KPIs that
are connected to your organization.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants
should be able to:
analyze donor data in Microsoft Excel or similar
data-tracking tools in order to make strategic fund-
raising decisions,
• identify leading and lagging KPIs,
draft a framework to develop their organization’s
top ve to 10 KPIs and
segment donor data in order to identify gaps in
their fundraising strategy.
