A new article feature is coming to Administration & Society beginning with
the July 2020 issue. The new feature, Perspectives, is dedicated to advancing
new and distinctive ideas in the study of administration and society. Our aim
in introducing the new feature is to provide space and visibility to theoretical,
methodological, or philosophical concepts or controversies in public admin-
istration and governance that are not a good fit for original research articles.
We especially welcome submissions that offer creative theorizing, novel or
critical analyses of existing literature and theory, insights into administration
from different disciplines, or reinterpretations of classic works. Perspectives
