Pataki Names Jackson As Motor Vehicle Commissioner.

ALBANY. N.Y. -- Richard E. Jackson. of Peekskill. New York, has been appointed by Governor-elect George E. Pataki to the position of Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Jackson, 49, is a 1968 graduate of the University of Bridgeport and has pursued graduate courses at Fordham University, SUNY New Paltz and Western Connecticut University.
